After working as a professional artist in the animation industry, my own personal experiences with therapy led me to pursue a career in mental health. Through my journey, I discovered a deep passion for supporting others, particularly those who have experienced trauma and religious abuse.
I believe every individual makes sense in the context of their own story, and my goal is to create a compassionate, safe space where you can explore your experiences and heal. Through this process, I aim to empower you to reclaim your authentic self and move forward in life with confidence and clarity.
My focus is on creating a safe, affirming space where you are not alone in carrying the weight of your experiences. I am under the supervision of Miller Folk, LMFT, license number 1381.

Approach to Counseling:
My counseling approach integrates elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness. Additionally, I am a Phase Two Brainspotting clinician, utilizing this therapeutic modality to help clients process and release deep-seated emotional pain and trauma. I firmly believe that therapy should be personalized to meet the unique needs of each individual. I focus on creating a safe, affirming space where you are not alone in carrying the weight of your experiences.
