Licensed Professional Counselor
After spending eight years in the field of team building, group dynamics, and leadership training, I realized that the parts of my work that I was truly passionate about were the times that I was able to connect in a real way with individuals or small groups about the things going on in their lives.
Stephanie Insko, Ph.D.
I believe that as humans we possess both self-insight and the potential for growth. I also believe that we use these traits to change patterns in our lives that are no longer working. But the challenges of our busy lives can make it difficult to implement those changes. I view my role as one in which I accompany people on their journey of change, as they strive to reach their full potential.
