Abby utilizes her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy to effectively work with both couples and individuals. Her advanced training equips her with a deep understanding of relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and emotional connections. Abby employs evidence-based techniques to help couples navigate conflicts, improve intimacy, and build stronger, more resilient partnerships. For individuals, she addresses personal challenges within the context of their relationships, promoting self-awareness and guiding them toward meaningful change.

Prior to becoming a therapist, Abby worked as a special education teacher, where she closely supported individuals on the autism spectrum and those with various disabilities.
